Despite all the media throwing the lists of unhealthy foods at you, there is actually no such foods. There are unhealthy diets. (Read HERE about how media fcks everyone)
If you eat a Big Mac once a month or drink coke once a year, or even have a bit of shitty milk chocolate every day – this will not damage your health.
What is more important than the occasional ‘unhealthy’ meals is: their quantity, frequency and … stress level it all causes! And an unhelthy attitude to food it all creates.
Having the list of unhealthy foods will not change anything.
So to stay healthy and lose weight, throw all the lists into the bin and eat everything.
Foods that you do not like
Does it taste good? Does it smell good? Eat it only if it is worth the calories. Even if it is only 50 kcal.
Walden farms syrups are inedible chemical shit. Do not do it to yourself.
Raw cabbage? Only if you genuinely like it.
Protein bar? Does it taste natural and really nice? No, really nice, not sickly chemically sweet like Carbkilla.
Boiled chicken breast? Come on, add some flavour!
If you find yourself chewing bland diet foods for the sake of fat loss… review your approach, It is not a very healthy attitude and will not help you long term.
Foods that make you feel bad physically
Do you feel light, healthy, energetic after eating the food?
Or do you feel heavy, lethargic, bloated?
Notice, how foods make you feel after. Go for those that make you feel really good! Even if it is a piece of cake. A piece of cake makes me feel good. 2 pieces of cake will make me thirsty and a bit sick.
Tasty salad with a piece of nice fish feel amazing. Full portion of fish and chips make me feel heavy. Half portion of fish and chips make me feel satisfied.
Eating salad when everyone eats burger makes me feel deprived.
