2 SESSIONS PER WEEK
£470 for the first block
If you want to make fat loss process and maintainance of results easier, getting stronger in the gym is the best thing you can do. No matter what level of fitness you are currently at. Cleverly designed and executed resistance training routine will drive your metabolism up, help to deal with food cravings and improve skin and muscle tone. Let me not bore you with multiple health benefits of comprehensive training routine. If you are a busy person, 2 sessions per week will be enough for a steady visible progress! There is no need for daily workouts or lengthy cardio sessions!
3 SESSIONS PER WEEK
£590 for the first block
Same as above, but you'll feel and look differently sooner. More is not always better, however. Book a chat with me, to help you decide how many sessions per week are best for you personally. This will depend on your timetable, fitness level and goals.
PERSONAL TRAINING ONLY
£50 one-off or PAYG
£320 for 8 sessions
If you just want to stay fit, healthy and a have a great workout, this option is for you. Do you want to get stronger, improve stamina, flexibility, mobility? Nutrtion advice is not included. But you MAY shed a few pounds by training smart.
