It is a great snack to keep in the fridge before you grab something very-very bad. High in protein, low in sugar (just do not add too much dried fruit) and you can make it low fat with quark or higher fat with ricotta. It is very satisfying and even can work as dinner after a late night work out.
Mix all together with a mixer or blender, then add dried fruits. Grease a baking dish with butter, pour mixture into the baking dish and bake in the oven, until just ready, so it is still juicy.
Just wait for it to cool down, it tastes best when cold, and voilà! I also like it with plain yogurt.
