2 SESSIONS PER WEEK

£430 for the first block
£280 thereafter

If you want to make fat loss process and maintenance of results easier, progressing in resistance training is the best thing you can do. No matter what level of fitness you are currently at. A cleverly designed and executed resistance training routine will drive your metabolism up, help to deal with food cravings and improve skin and muscle tone. If you are a busy person, 2 sessions per week will be enough to make a positive hormonal change. Before starting, we'll discuss the equipment needed. Normally, it is no more than a pair of dumbells and an exercise mat.

3 SESSIONS PER WEEK

£550 for the first block
£400 thereafter

Same as above, but you'll achieve results faster. More is not always better, however. Book a chat with me, to help you decide how many sessions per week are best for you personally. This will depend on your timetable, fitness level, budget and goals.

PERSONAL TRAINING ONLY

£40 PAYG
£280 for 8 sessions

If you just want to stay fit, healthy and have a great workout, this option is for you. Do you want to get stronger, improve stamina, flexibility, mobility? Nutritional advice is not included here. But you MAY shed a few pounds by training smart.
