PERSONAL TRAINING FOR FAT LOSS

Personal training sessions + nutrition

Live or Zoom personal training sessions and nutrition coaching. If you are based in Sheffield, sessions are run at a small, private and friendly gym.

There is nothing more effective for weight loss and general health than individually tailored and properly executed resistance traning. 2 sessions per week are enough if you your life is crazy busy. 3 sessions per week will get you impressive visible results sooner.

16-WEEKS FAT LOSS PROGRAM

Bespoke ONLINE coaching

I take you by hand and lead you to the result. I help you with every step of your weight loss journey: plateaus, set backs, uncertainties, psychological factor. I educate, not dictate what to eat. I teach you how to manipulate your everyday activity and exercise to fit weight loss into your life.

Therefore, even after the program you'll keep weight off or continue losing it.

WEIGHT LOSS UNIVERSITY

ONLINE group coaching

A 12-week program to kickstart your fitness, loose extra pounds and change behaviours for good.

It is like University: you'll have curriculum, assignments and my supervision. No molecular biology, only essential knowledge of how to lose weight forever. You graduate with practical skills and you lose extra pounds on the way.
