Live or Zoom personal training sessions and nutrition coaching. If you are based in Sheffield, sessions are run at a small, private and friendly gym.
There is nothing more effective for weight loss and general health than individually tailored and properly executed resistance traning. 2 sessions per week are enough if you your life is crazy busy. 3 sessions per week will get you impressive visible results sooner.
