We discuss your current nutrition, physical activity and other factors influencing your weight. I suggest solutions to achieve your fitness goals. 

FAT LOSS COACHING

12-week online program 

I educate, not dictate what to eat. I teach you how to manipulate your everyday activity and exercise to fit weight loss into your life.

Therefore, even after the program you'll keep weight off or continue losing it.
