Intelligent and compassionate fat loss coach

I am a PhD, an ex professional gymnast and a personal trainer with 7 years of experience. I can help you lose fat and keep it off forever. Instead of giving you set workouts and meal plans, I educate you on fitness, mindfulness and eating so that you feel comfortable moving forward.

There is no one approach that fits all. Every client is unique. Genetics, habits, background, education, psychological type, favourite foods, life circumstances, traning background and goals are different for everyone.

Live personal training sessions and nutrition coaching. The gym is small, private and friendly. There is nothing more effective for weight loss and general health than individually tailored and properly executed resistance traning. 2 sessions per week are enough if you your life is crazy busy. 3 sessions per week will get you impressive visible results sooner.

WEIGHT LOSS UNIVERSITY

Online group coaching

A 12-week program to kickstart your fitness, loose extra pounds and change behaviours for good.
