I am a PhD, an ex professional gymnast and a personal trainer with 7 years of experience. I can help you lose fat and keep it off forever. Instead of giving you set workouts and meal plans, I educate you on fitness and eating so that you feel comfortable moving forward.

Lose weight an keep it off

I teach you how to eat and move to lose weight comfortably. In 12 weeks, you will lose 3-10 kgs and you'll learn how to manage your weight yourself. Because I educate, not dictate what to eat, after the program you'll keep weight off or continue losing it.

PERSONAL TRAINING FOR FAT LOSS

Lose weight with nutrition advice and personal training sessions

Live personal training sessions and nutrition coaching. There is nothing more effective for weight loss and general health than individually tailored and properly executed resistance traning. 2 sessions per week are enough if you your life is crazy busy. 3 sessions per week will get you impressive visible results sooner.

SMART FAT LOSS

Online group coaching

A 5+3 week plan to kickstart your fitness, loose extra pounds and change behaviours for good.


The nearest start date is 21st March. For 5 weeks, you will be losing weight under my supervision. You continue losing weight without me for the next 3 weeks. In 8 weeks we celebrate results. Weight loss rate 1% your body weight per week.
